Preparation of materials & Equipments specifications for

• Control Valves.

• Piping & Materials.
• Ducting & Materials.
• Insulating Materials etc...

BILL OF QUANTITIES

Preparation of bill of quantities for equipments, CHW& CW Piping, HVAC Ducting, Valves, Instruments & BM.

TENDER DRAWING, TENDER SPECIFICATIONS & CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

Preparation of P&I Schematics for chilled water system, HVAC Equipment list, Building management system schematic, Air-flow line diagram (without sizes), chiller plant room details design layout, Tender Preparation & floating the tender, requesting proposal from the vendors, Tender evaluation & Contractor recommendations.
