• Lighting Automation.
• HVAC Control.
• Motorized Gate.
• Windows Shutter Control.
• Security system with Door sensor, Glass break sensor and perimeter sensor etc.
• CCTV through Mobil and Internet monitor.
• Wi-fy Network.
• Video Door Phone.

(All the above system has to be control Through Single Touch pad OR I Pad OR I Phone unless otherwise client will use almost 10 Remote for the above controls)

• Calling for competitive quotation from the KNX certified System Integrator
• Comparative analysis and assisting client in placing Work Order
• Automation Panel with following protection Over Load, Short circuit, Surge, Conditional Voltage for proper Automation module function and Even Load Distribution
• Reviewing & correcting the Working Drawing of the System Integrator
• Periodical site visit as required for supervision of quality work executed work coordination

ELECTRICAL SCOPE

• Reviewing and Correcting the Electrical SLD
• Reviewing and Correcting the Electrical BOQ
• Control and SLD layout for External garden lighting
• Witness for commissioning wiring, Cables, All DBs, Panels, Transformer, Servo, Generator and Earthing
• Approval of contract bill stage by stage as agreed by the client
• Approve as built drawings submitted by the System Integrator and Electrical Contractor
